About the email header and email footer
By default, Flexmail completes every email message with a header and a footer. The header contains a hyperlink to a browser version of the message. The footer contains the unsubscribe and update (your profile) link. In your account settings, you can disable the header and footer, but keep in mind that your messages must always include an unsubscribe link in order to be sent. Flexmail will not send any messages that don't contain an unsubscribe option.
The language of the header and footer automatically changes to the language of the contact when sending a campaign.
In the Drag & Drop Builder or the HTML Editor, you can use the following codes to insert those elements manually:
- Browser version: #show_in_browser#
- Unsubscribe-link: #unsubscribe#
- Update-link: #update#
In the Wizard Template you cannot insert an unsubscribe link manually. The footer settings must be enabled in order to send your message. If the default footer is disabled, your message will not be sent.
