Overview settings

Your account settings are the control centre for how Flexmail behaves across all your campaigns, messages, forms, and surveys. Many settings define defaults that apply whenever you create something new, you can always override them per campaign or message, but getting them right upfront saves repetitive configuration.

General

  • Update profile: your company name, contact details, and the application language. The company name appears on the public profile page your contacts see when updating their interests or unsubscribing.
  • Change password: update the password for your Flexmail account.
  • Security policy: configure login security including IP monitoring, notifications for suspicious login attempts, and password requirements for users. See 'Configure your security policy'.

  • Brand kit: set your logo, brand colours, and fonts. These pre-fill in the Email Builder whenever you create a new message and apply across all Flexmail system pages. See 'Brand kit'.

  • Manage templates: manage the templates available in your account.
  • Wizard templates: set a default banner and colour scheme for Wizard template messages. See 'Configure branding in Wizard templates' in the Messages section.
  • Media library: manage all images and documents stored in your account. See 'The media library' in the Messages section.
