Configure your security policy
The security of your account and data is very important to us. To ensure that, we recommend defining your password settings with the measures Flexmail offers, especially if there are multiple users in your account.
- Go to the Settings > Security policy section in your account.
- First, you can determine if entering your account from a new IP address would be allowed and indicate if you would like to receive a notification email after someone enters your account from a new IP address or tries to enter using incorrect login data 3 consecutive times.
- Next, you will need to enter an email address to which such notifications would be sent.
- Finally, you will also be able to set an expiration interval of your passwords and select the number of limitations for using the same password. These two settings apply to all users in your account.
