Configure your security policy
Flexmail lets you define password and login security settings for your account. This is particularly
important for accounts with multiple users, where consistent password standards and login monitoring help protect your data.
Set up your security policy

Go to Settings, then Security policy.
- Configure IP monitoring: choose whether logins from new IP addresses should trigger a notification email to the account admin. This helps detect unexpected access.
- Set notification preferences for failed login attempts: receive an alert after 3 consecutive incorrect login attempts.
- Configure password expiration and reuse limitations.

Click Save.
Support tip Enable the IP notification so you're alerted if someone logs in from an unexpected location.
