Configure default form and survey settings
In your account settings, you can define the default styling and notification settings for all new forms and surveys. These defaults are applied whenever you create something new, you can always override them for a specific form or survey in its individual settings.
Default form settings
- Go to Settings, then Set up forms.
- In the Colours section, set the default language for form buttons and labels, and configure the text font and background colours. You can also upload a custom CSS file for advanced styling.
- Upload a default banner image for the top of your forms.
- Configure notification settings: the email address that receives a notification when a contact submits a form, and the format of that notification.
- Click Save.
Default survey settings
- Go to Settings, then Survey settings.
- Configure the same options as for forms: default language, colours, banner, and notification settings.
- Click Save.
Support tip Set your default form and survey styling to match your Brand kit colours. That way every new form and survey is already visually consistent with your other communications, without any extra configuration steps.
