About Brand kit

What does Brand kit consist of?

Brand kit includes the components that are specific to your branding and that you use most throughout your campaigns. This allows your readers to recognize at a glance that the email is from you.

By setting up your own style here, you can more easily create new emails, as those settings are proposed or defined in advance. This is very convenient and recommended for Flexmail accounts with multiple users. Your emails are always recognizable – regardless of who created them.

Of course, you always have the option to change those settings for each new piece of content that you create. It's the easiest way to complete your emails faster afterwards.


How does Brand kit work?

To keep it organized, we have divided these settings into 3 components:

Brand identity

Through the brand identity settings of your brand kit, you can customize your opt-in emails, opt-in forms, public profile page, and unsubscribe page to match your brand colors, set a background image, and add your logo.

Using the preview on the right, you can see how these different pages will look after your adjustments with the arrows.

Color system

In addition to the primary color, you can also create your own color palette that you use most during your communications. These colors are set as default for each new message, form, survey...

Moreover, you can also set the default color for certain elements such as text, headings, buttons, and links through builder colors. These colors are automatically applied when you create a new message with the email builder.

Typography settings

You can also set the font and font size for your default text and each of the different headings. Additionally, you can indicate whether links should be underlined.


Are there any other default settings?

You can also define default settings for forms and surveys separately. These consist mainly of language, font, colors, banner, and notification options for forms and surveys. The settings are applied by default, but you can always change them for each new form and survey you create.

For messages created with a Wizard template, you can set brand style settings for the banner, choose a default template, and set the color for each element in that template. The settings are applied to all Wizard template messages you create, but again, you can change them for each new message.
