Create and manage an interest
Interests can be used to track the link-clicking behaviour of your contacts and categorise them into groups based on that behaviour. You can use those groups to send them campaigns, to show, or not show, segments of your message to them and more.
This article will show you how to create and manage your interests.
Create an interest
- Go to the Contacts > Interest labels section of your account.
- Here you will be able to see all the interests you have created so far. Next, click on Create new interest label.
- Enter a descriptive name for your interest and click on the Save button.

Manage an interest
Click on the gear icon next to an interest to view all the management options.
Display all interest label members
View a list of all the contacts with this interest. Here you can remove specific contacts from the selected interest by clicking on the gear icon next to that contact.
Export all interest label members
Export all contacts in a CSV file. Here you can also specify certain fields you would like to export.
